1. Introduction
Welcome to MiamiPortShuttles.com (the “Website”), operated by MIAMI PORT SHUTTLES INC (“Miami Port Shuttles,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Website and the transportation and related services offered through it (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Website or booking a Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Please review this page before booking.
2. Website Access and Changes
Access to the Website is provided on a temporary basis. We may withdraw, suspend, or modify any part of the Website or Services without prior notice. We are not liable if the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
3. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or any loss or damage arising from their use. Third-party websites are governed by their own terms and policies.
4. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate information when using the Website or booking a Service.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, disrupt the Website or Services, send unsolicited material, commit or encourage unlawful activity, or interfere with another person’s use of the Website. Suspected unlawful activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by malicious software, cyberattacks, or other harmful material affecting your equipment or data through use of the Website or third-party links.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website’s software, text, graphics, images, branding, and other content are owned by or licensed to MIAMI PORT SHUTTLES INC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view, print, or save Website content for personal, noncommercial use. Republishing, distributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting that content without written permission is prohibited.
7. Reservations and Booking Information
An advance reservation is required for every Service and remains subject to availability. Your reservation is confirmed when you receive an order or booking confirmation from us. You are responsible for confirming that the pickup date, time, direction, locations, passenger count, luggage, contact information, flight information, cruise line, ship, hotel, and accessibility needs are complete and accurate.
Booking availability and the minimum advance-booking time are shown during the reservation process. Please contact us promptly if any confirmed trip information changes.
8. Payment, Pricing, and Additional Charges
Payment is required at checkout unless we expressly confirm another arrangement in writing. The price displayed at checkout is based on the trip information and options you provide. Any optional gratuity is voluntary. Additional charges may apply when a requested change alters the route, waiting time, vehicle, passenger count, luggage requirements, stops, or other confirmed service details. Any such charge will be communicated when reasonably possible.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel through WooCommerce My Account at least 48 hours before the initial pickup time to remain eligible for a 100% refund. Online cancellation records the cancellation; the refund is processed manually to the original payment method when possible.
Inside the 48-hour cancellation window, call +1 (305) 281-2927. Changes, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds within 48 hours are not guaranteed. The initial pickup time controls the cancellation deadline for round-trip reservations.
10. No-Show Policy
You may be considered a no-show if you do not present yourself and your party at the confirmed meeting point at the scheduled pickup time and do not contact us within 60 minutes using the telephone number in your confirmation or +1 (305) 281-2927. A no-show is charged the full booking amount and is not eligible for a refund.
11. Delays and Flight or Cruise Changes
- If your flight or cruise is delayed, rescheduled, or otherwise changed, contact us as soon as possible at +1 (305) 281-2927.
- If you do not notify us and miss the confirmed pickup, the reservation may be treated as a no-show.
- We will make reasonable efforts to adjust a pickup time, subject to vehicle and driver availability, but cannot guarantee a replacement time.
12. Service Conditions and Vehicle Substitution
We make reasonable efforts to provide the Service and vehicle category confirmed at booking. Operational needs, maintenance, safety, capacity, availability, or circumstances beyond our control may require a substitute vehicle of comparable or greater capacity. Pickup and arrival times are estimates and may change because of traffic, road closures, accidents, weather, mechanical issues, security incidents, port or airport operations, or other conditions beyond our reasonable control.
13. Passenger Responsibilities
- Be ready with every passenger in your party at the confirmed pickup point and time.
- Follow the driver’s reasonable safety instructions and use seat belts where provided.
- Supervise children and minors at all times. Child or booster seats are the passenger’s responsibility unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.
- Accurately disclose passenger, luggage, mobility, accessibility, and special-equipment needs before the trip.
- Treat drivers, staff, other passengers, vehicles, and property respectfully.
- Do not smoke, vape, use illegal substances, behave dangerously, or engage in unlawful or disruptive conduct in a vehicle.
We may refuse or terminate Service without refund when a passenger’s behavior threatens safety, violates the law, damages property, or materially disrupts the trip.
14. Luggage and Personal Property
You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle selected can accommodate your passengers and luggage. Oversized, excessive, hazardous, prohibited, or undisclosed items may be refused when they cannot be transported safely or lawfully.
Passengers are responsible for their belongings at all times. We will make reasonable efforts to help locate a lost item, but we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to property left in a vehicle or at a pickup or drop-off location.
15. Disclaimer and Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIAMI PORT SHUTTLES INC is not responsible for delays, missed departures or connections, or other losses caused by inaccurate customer information, late-arriving flights or cruise ships, traffic, road conditions, weather, accidents, mechanical issues, government or port actions, security incidents, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
MIAMI PORT SHUTTLES INC is an independent transportation provider and is not affiliated with PortMiami, Miami-Dade County, any airport, airline, or cruise line.
